Before launching the consultancy, he spent 14 years at Rentokil Initial UK in roles spanning service, sales and management. This wide-ranging experience gave him deep insight into how teams function, how processes influence performance and what it takes to deliver meaningful change.
Much of Rob’s career was centred on sales management, where he led the development and rollout of systems that improved national productivity and supported revenue growth. As a Chartered Management Accountant, he excels at interpreting commercial data and translating it into practical, strategic recommendations for businesses.
Rob also brings extensive M&A experience, including valuations, negotiations and due diligence. His specialist strength lies in post-completion integration, where he draws on both operational and financial expertise to ensure acquisitions deliver their intended value.
